Spine Sales Clinical Specialist

Inno Vus of North Carolina is a medical device distributor specializing in technology for Spinal Fusion applications.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spine Sales Clinical Specialist located in Raleigh-Durham, NC. The specialist will provide clinical support during spine, orthopedic, or neurosurgical procedures. Key responsibilities include demonstrating product knowledge to assist surgeons, training healthcare staff on device usage, addressing technical inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The role also involves achieving sales targets by identifying opportunities and collaborating with teams to enhance product adoption.

• Knowledge and experience in Spine Surgery or related field
• Understanding of Orthopedic Surgery and Neurosurgery procedures
• Familiarity with general principles of Medicine and patient care
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Clinical background or experience in operating rooms is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, business, medical sciences, or related disciplines) is an advantage
• Surgical sales or clinical support experience is a plus
