We are seeking a licensed mental health professional (LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) for part‑time (3 days/week) in a skilled nursing facility in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities- Provide therapy, cognitive testing, and dementia services to geriatric patients.
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and offer individual and group therapy.
- Meet weekly with clients and deliver culturally sensitive, ethical care.
- Must hold an active, unrestricted license in NC and meet credentialing requirements.
- Flexible scheduling.
- Referral program and competitive pay ($300–$500/day).
- No on‑call duties, potential for growth.
- $1,000 sign‑on bonus plus a referral bonus.
