Description:

Looking for a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
First-time travelers are accepted.
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and RRT are required.
Charting experience with EPIC is necessary.
Candidates must obtain a flu vaccine, as it is required for this position.
There are no exemptions or declinations accepted for the flu vaccine.
The facility is a short-term acute care hospital.
It is a major teaching institution.
The hospital has a total of 978 staffed beds.
The patient demographics include infants, adults, and pediatrics.
Daily census averages around 900 patients.
The department offers interdisciplinary support, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and more.
Candidates should be prepared to work with varied patient diagnoses and use special equipment.
The role includes responsibilities such as airway management and troubleshooting high-pressure alarms.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in adult critical care.
