Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role:We’re seeking a skilled BCBA to oversee treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Your expertise will play a key role in achieving measurable behavioral improvements.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs.
- Supervise and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality services.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
- Partner with caregivers to align therapy goals with family needs.
- Ensure thorough documentation of services and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in ABA or a related discipline.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
