As a Specialized
Caregiver
, you will provide non-medical, hands-on support to clients who require a higher level of assistance with daily living—helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide hands-on support with mobility and transfers (gait belt; Hoyer lift experience preferred)
- Support clients with incontinence care and repositioning
- Provide care for clients with Dementia or Alzheimer’s, offering patience, structure, and reassurance
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
- Observe and report changes in condition to the office (no medical tasks)
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients
