Run audit reports/journals from Front Office Systems;
Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing system accounts and journals to breakdown revenue for food and beverage operations;
Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset system for the next day operations;
Checks-in/Checks-out Guests and completes Guest registration process;
Responds to guest inquiries and issues and maintains front desk, lobby, and back office cleanliness
