Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Hotel Sales Manager, located in Durham, NC. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing sales initiatives, meeting revenue goals, working closely with marketing teams, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

The role also involves preparing sales reports and forecasts to contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Marketing strategies and practices to support sales efforts and grow revenue.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel sales role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
