As a hotel housekeeper you consistently uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service. Housekeepers ensure all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are maintained in accordance with hotel brand standards and safety guidelines. The Housekeeper demonstrates strong attention to detail, efficiency in completing daily assignments, and professionalism when interacting with guests and team members. Their commitment to quality and teamwork contributes directly to a positive guest experience and the overall success of hotel operations.
ConcordHospitality is hiring Housekeepers who will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
- Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
- Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
- Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
- Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
