The Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, ensuring each is successful, memorable, and aligns with the company’s brand and objectives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event plans and concepts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and maximize attendance.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible terms and services.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead and manage event staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support.
  • Evaluate event success through feedback and data analysis, implementing improvements for future events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Event Manager in a high-volume hotel, resort, or golf club.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in large-scale Banquets.
  • Highly organized and ability to read and decipher BEOs.
  • Degree, certification or training in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related is a plus.
  • Experience with weddings/social and corporate events
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift and bend frequently.
  • Developed English skills both written and orally.
