Overview
Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst II to join a growing HR Systems team. This role supports the full employee lifecycle and serves as a key Workday expert, resolving HRIS issues, enhancing system functionality, and driving adoption of new capabilities. The HR Analyst II will collaborate closely with HR partners and business stakeholders to translate functional needs into effective Workday solutions.
This is a highly visible and impactful role within an innovative, fast-moving organization. Candidates must live in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area and willing to work onsite M-F.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS tickets, including escalations, root-cause analysis, break/fix solutions, and stakeholder communication
- Maintain and enhance Workday functionality, including R1 and R2 releases and configuration of modules such as HCM, Benefits, Offers, and Security
- Design, build, test, and maintain custom Workday reports, dashboards, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards using advanced reporting tools
- Support full deployment of new Workday features, including requirements gathering, project management, testing, change management, and training
- Document current processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Translate business requirements into reports, dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and ad-hoc reporting solutions
- Support HR initiatives and cyclical events such as Open Enrollment, compensation planning, and talent management
- Create and maintain SOPs and best-practice documentation; continuously refine documentation to address system issues and enhancements
- Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver effective, scalable Workday solutions
- Perform regular data integrity audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across HR systems
- Provide support for on-site employee and HR events as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve escalated Workday issues related to functionality, data, and processes
- Experience supporting change management initiatives and driving system adoption across departments
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills with the ability to build consensus and positive working relationships
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- Strong technical documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience creating and modifying Workday Calculated Fields for complex reporting and business logic
- Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws (e.g., ADAAA, FMLA, EEO)
- Experience documenting and improving HR and cross-functional workflows
- Familiarity with OFCCP regulations
- Experience with Kainos tools (Smart Test, Smart Shield, Smart Audit)
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
