HR Manager

• Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on development, performance, organizational policies, processes, and changes
• Manage employee relations matters and ensure fair, consistent, and compliant resolutions aligned with company policies and local legislation
• Support talent management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, development planning, and succession discussions
• Implement HR programs and initiatives supporting engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and reward practices with specialist HR teams
• Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and support continuous improvement
• Coordinate human resources delivery, resolve issues, and develop team capabilities
• Partner with leaders to guide employees in navigating ICON resources, professional development, performance support, and challenge resolution

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field
• 4+ years’ HR generalist experience, preferably within an international, matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to build trust at all levels
• Sound judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills
• Solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively analyze data and think critically
• Ability to independently follow through on complicated and simple responsibilities
• Willingness to travel as required, approximately 5%
• HR certification is an advantage
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based

Demonstrates expertise in HR generalist functions, including talent management, employee relations, and compliance with local employment laws. Proficient in using HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
