Weare looking for a Senior HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department. The Human Resources Manager's responsibilities include overseeing Organizational Development, Policies & Procedures, Recruitment - Sourcing,Workday, Insights, HR Policy, and External Communication. Youwill also help shape our employer brand strategy through strategic social media recruitment campaigning.

Tobe successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts,hires, develops, and retains qualified employees.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands,grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress.
  • Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Develop compensation and employee benefits plans.

  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Assists employees and managers with the administration of leave of absences including FMLA, ADA and the interactive dialogue process; generates communications in accordance with established policy.
  • EnsureHR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in atimely manner.
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
Requirements
  • Provenwork experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS).
  • Solid understanding of labor law legislation.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Abilityto develop hiring strategies along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships atall levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best practices.
  • Degreein Human Resources or related field
  • Leadership skills and the ability to foster healthy employee relations.
  • Provenwork experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
Education
  • Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
  • Master’sdegree in HR or relevant certification is preferred.
