Employee Relations Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Carolina, United States for an HR Leadership position. The HR Leader will be responsible for overseeing HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compliance, performance management, and implementing HR strategies. They will drive organizational initiatives, ensure alignment with company values, provide strategic guidance to enhance workforce engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Strong expertise in HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies
• Proven experience in compliance with labor laws, policy development, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in leadership, team management, and strategic planning
• Effective communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with training and development programs to enhance employee growth and achieve organizational goals
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven solutions
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus
• Experience in the agriculture or food production industry is an advantage
