This is a hybrid position in Durham, NC.

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support full-cycle recruiting for critical roles across Penguin Solutions. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, assessing, and closing talent for AI infrastructure, technical, engineering, and sales roles that support our growth as The AI Factory Platform Company. The Sr. Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience recruiting in competitive technical markets, including AI/ML, HPC, cloud, infrastructure, software, hardware, data, and technical sales talent, along with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and use data to improve recruiting outcomes.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer recommendations, approvals, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, hiring plans, interview processes, and timelines aligned to business needs.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for scarce technical talent, including AI/ML, HPC, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, software, systems, hardware, and related technical skill sets.
