We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-centric Salesforce solutions for a high-visibility enterprise modernization initiative. This role will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, leading complex integrations, and aligning Salesforce capabilities with the organization’s digital strategy.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can bridge business requirements with robust technical architecture while ensuring security, performance, scalability, and compliance. This position plays a critical role in shaping the future of the Salesforce ecosystem and driving innovation across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions, guiding technical strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technical leads, and development teams to translate business requirements into cost-effective and scalable technical designs.
- Design and lead implementation of complex API-based integrations, connecting Salesforce with external enterprise systems.
- Ensure solutions meet data security, performance, availability, and compliance standards.
- Define and implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and architectural risks.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices, including guidance on standard functionality vs. custom development.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, data models, architecture diagrams, and solution design artifacts.
- Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, code reviews, and release planning sessions.
- Partner with Agile teams on backlog refinement, user story decomposition, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Support Salesforce environment setup, Dev Ops processes, and CI/CD pipeline implementation using modern release management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and on-time delivery.
Interested candidates must possess the following certifications:
- Salesforce Technical Architect or Salesforce Application Architect
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Mule Soft Developer Level I & II Certifications
Basic Qualification:
- 7+ years of experience in requirements analysis and business process design.
- 7+ years of experience architecting and developing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with:
- Flows, SOQL, SOSL
- Salesforce Administration and advanced architectural patterns
- Unit testing and Salesforce testing best practices
- Strong experience across Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams on appropriate platform usage.
- 7+ years of experience with data migration strategies and ETL tools.
- 7+ years of experience with mobile solutions and Salesforce mobile architecture considerations.
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Shield and Lightning Experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines.
- 5+ years of experience using Git Hub or Bitbucket for version control.
- 5+ years of experience with accessibility standards and WCAG 2.1 compliance.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Skills
