Overview
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Expert / Architect
. This role will bridge business needs with technical architecture, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and technical leads to deliver sustainable enterprise solutions. The candidate will play a key role in shaping Salesforce architecture and leading complex system integrations.

- Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and guide technical strategy and execution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams
- Design and implement complex API-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance standards
- Lead design sessions, code reviews, and release planning
- Create technical documentation, data models, and solution diagrams
- Support Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipelines
- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Follow Salesforce best practices and recommend standard vs custom solutions
- Work in Agile teams for backlog refinement and sprint planning
Skills & Qualifications
- Salesforce Technical Architect / Application Architect – Certified
- Salesforce Integration Architect – Certified
- Salesforce Platform Developer II – Certified
- Salesforce Platform App Builder – Certified
- Copado Certification
- Mule Soft I & II Certifications
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce Shield, Lightning, and Dev Ops/CI-CD
- Strong integration, ETL, and data migration experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Git Hub / Bitbucket
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience working with State or Government clients
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
