Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Expert / Architect

Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Expert / Architect to lead the design and delivery of the Early Education Integration System
, a high-impact enterprise initiative.

This role is responsible for architecting secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce and integration solutions aligned with the organization’s digital strategy. The ideal candidate will bridge business objectives with robust technical architecture, lead complex integrations, and provide hands-on technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

This is a senior, hands-on architectural role with strong influence over the future Salesforce ecosystem, integrations, and Dev Ops practices.

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and guide technical strategy and execution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, tech leads, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable and cost-effective architectures
• Design and lead implementation of complex API-based integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems
• Ensure all solutions meet data security, compliance, performance, and scalability standards
• Design and oversee backup, recovery, and data protection strategies
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and architectural risks
• Define and enforce Salesforce best practices
  , including guidance on standard functionality vs. custom solutions
• Produce high-quality technical documentation
  , data models, and solution architecture diagrams
• Lead code reviews, design workshops, release planning, and architectural governance sessions
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
  , including backlog refinement, user story decomposition, and acceptance criteria definition
• Assist with Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipeline implementation using enterprise release management tools
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration, delivery, and long-term sustainability

• Salesforce Technical Architect / Application Architect
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Mule Soft Developer I & II Certifications

• 7+ years of experience in requirements analysis and business process design
• 7+ years architecting and developing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform
• 7+ years hands-on experience with:
• Salesforce Administration and advanced architectural patterns
• Unit testing frameworks and best testing practices
• Strong expertise across Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
• Proven experience guiding development teams on optimal platform usage and architecture decisions
• Extensive experience with data migration strategies and ETL tools
• Experience designing mobile solutions and Salesforce on-platform mobile architectures
• Strong experience with Salesforce Shield and Lightning Experience
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines
• 5+ years working with Git Hub or Bitbucket version control systems
• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• 5+ years of experience ensuring compliance with accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 standards
