As a Dev Ops Engineer at ENFOS, you will report directly to the Head of Engineering and serve as a key contributor to the reliability, security, and performance of our platform.

Our engineers build, enhance, and scale resilient systems designed to operate securely in an increasingly complex internet environment. In this role, you will support critical, business-generating services by working across a range of software development and operational initiatives. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving code-level traffic anomalies, maintaining and improving core services, and implementing effective monitoring, alerting, and automation infrastructure to ensure long-term system stability.

This position requires 24/7 on-call availability, ensuring continuous platform uptime and rapid response to operational issues as they arise.

  Maintain critical production services with a focus on uptime, performance, and rapid issue resolution in a 24/7 on-call environment.
• Implement monitoring and observability:
  Strengthen platform visibility through metrics, alerting, and proactive monitoring using Zabbix, ensuring teams can detect and respond to issues quickly.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues:
  Diagnose infrastructure and application-level failures, resolve traffic anomalies, and lead remediation efforts across distributed systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally:
  Partner closely with engineering, product, and implementation teams to deliver operational solutions aligned with customer and business needs.

  Contribute to long-term technical direction by improving infrastructure design, automation practices, and security posture.
