We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Xeikon Single Pass Inkjet press for the corrugated market. The role involves delivering technical support, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal performance of Xeikon products through on-site maintenance, repair, and collaborative problem-solving. The position requires a strong technical background, excellent time management, and good documentation skills.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in break/fix, electrical/mechanical repair preferred.
• Support primarily one site in Greensboro, with ability to travel domestically and internationally by car and plane.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficient in Internet software, Email, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of industrial inkjet technology and prepress is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move weights up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work occasional hours, including weekends.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Physically fit for working with large machinery and navigating tight spaces.
