POSITION SUMMARY

We seek a senior technical QA architect capable of understanding detailed technical requirements from large enterprise customers and creating detailed automated test cases and plans to ensure the product meets these requirements, including performance, scalability, and failure scenarios. Responsibilities include developing and enhancing key processes and test coverage, providing technical guidance to team members, and improving existing products and features. The candidate should be a team player with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to foster collaboration to drive technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product vision, including supportability and quality
  • Oversee automation development and test coverage to uphold high software quality standards
  • Provide technical leadership and actively participate in team tasks
  • Assign tasks, review work, and contribute to performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, peers, and customers to understand requirements and translate them into successful software solutions
  • Engage with key customers to understand challenges and develop innovative solutions to meet their needs
Requirements
  • Relevant academic degree (CS, CE, EE)
  • At least 15 years of experience in automated QA test development
  • At least 5 years in a team leadership role
  • Over 10 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-level, multi-threaded systems
  • Knowledge and experience with Linux systems
  • Experience working in Linux environments is advantageous
  • Proficiency in design, coding, integration, and debugging
  • Self-starter with an enthusiastic, proactive mindset
  • Ability to write code and conduct thorough code reviews
