Overview

Cyberhill Partners, LLC is seeking a Software Developer with Service Now experience and at least one active Service Now certification (CIS-PA, CSA, CAD, CMA, CMDB & CSDM). The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of experience building and configuring Service Now solutions, strong JavaScript and platform development skills, and is located in Austin, Dallas, or the RDU area. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Service Now implementations in a collaborative consulting environment, with a competitive salary range of $120,000–$155,000.

• Design, develop, and maintain Service Now applications and custom solutions
• Configure and extend Service Now modules to meet business requirements
• Develop scripts, integrations, workflows, and automation within Service Now
• Support CMDB and CSDM implementations and data model alignment
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Contribute to platform best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement

• 3–8 years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience developing within the Service Now platform
• At least one active Service Now certification, including:
  CIS – Platform Application Developer (CIS-PA)
  Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB (CMA)
  CMDB & CSDM specialization
• Experience with JavaScript, Service Now scripting, and platform APIs
• Strong understanding of ITSM / ITOM concepts and enterprise workflows
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
• Must be located in Austin, Dallas, or the RDU area

• Multiple Service Now certifications
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• Exposure to federal or regulated environments
• Agile / Scrum experience

• Salary Range: $120,000 – $155,000 (based on experience, certifications, and location)
