The Associate/Presales Analyst is part of JAGGAER’s Presales Talent Hub, designed as a strategic talent hub to scale presales capabilities across regions. This role supports JAGGAER’s growth by delivering remote product demonstrations, presentations, and value-based discussions for opportunities below a defined value threshold. The position focuses on creating scalability within the Presales organization, primarily supporting cross-sell activities for existing customers and SMB opportunities in the market.

It acts as a precursor for Senior Presales Consultant involvement when opportunities expand in scope or value. For existing customer engagements, the Associate Demo Presales Specialist will collaborate closely with other departments involved with the customer (e.g., Customer Success and Professional Services), in addition to the Sales team, ensuring alignment and value delivery.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support opportunities under a specified deal size and opportunity progression.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional Presales team leads to evaluate opportunity progression and potential expansion.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services teams to obtain up-to-date information on active customer engagements.
  • Understand customer requirements and position JAGGAER ONE solutions to address business challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver value-based messaging to demonstrate ROI and strategic benefits based on predefined demo scripts and value messages template.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new features and industry trends.
  • Record all presales activities promptly in Salesforce and use digital video tools for daily tasks.
  • Help to create and update the Presales video library on digital video platforms.
  • Contribute to the Talent Hub knowledge base and internal enablement initiatives.
Position Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into solution benefits.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, or Spend Management solutions is considered a nice-to-have.
  • Strong client engagement skills; experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or SaaS/enterprise software is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in creating digital content for videos or video editing is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus, but not required.

Demo-to-Opportunity Conversion Rate: % of demos leading to next-stage progression (closed won or Sr. Presales engagement). Response Time:
Average time to respond to Sales requests within the agreed SLA. Pipeline Coverage: % of assigned opportunities supported within SLA (aligned with regional pipeline). Value Messaging Accuracy:
Positive feedback from Sales and customers on value articulation.
