Job Description- Provide L2L3 support for People Soft 9.19.2 on Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Billing and Contracts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing production support.
- Design, develop, and document customizations using Peopletools. Oversee the development and testing of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Work closely with business users to understand and address system-related issues and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Responsible for supervising the day-to-day work and ensuring a productive and efficient environment. Responsible for overseeing projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Min 10 years of experience in Support, Maintenance and Enhancement of People Soft 9.19.2 system.
- Strong business process knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Billing and Contracts.
- Experience working closely with Business to understand and troubleshooting issues.
- Strong expertise in Peopletools specifically Application Engine, People code, Component Interface and SQR.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Offshore Onsite coordination and handoff.
