The Senior Director, AI Commercial Enablement & Transformation, reporting to the VP of Customer Excellence, will be responsible for leading the commercial organizational strategy & transformation through AI/ML-powered insights, solutions, products, and platforms that drive growth, enhance customer & patient engagement, and improve operational efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and organizational strategy, ensuring ViiV remains at the forefront of industry disruption by embedding AI & Advanced Analytics capabilities into every core business process.

This leader will champion the adoption of advanced analytics and AI across commercial, access, medical, and patient functions, delivering significant business impact through scalable AI solutions, personalized customer journeys, and data-driven decision-making.

• Define and Execute AI Strategy: Develop a forward-looking commercial AI strategy aligned with ViiV s organizational priorities, focusing on varied outcomes depending on the use case (e.g., revenue growth for commercial needs, experience for patient needs, etc.) and productivity improvements.
• AI Product Innovation & Delivery: Lead a cross-functional team to design, scale, and operationalize AI-enabled products and solutions focused on enabling sales and marketing transformation, including personalization engines, advanced analytics and decision support tools.
• Generative AI Commercial Applications: Pioneers the use of Generative AI in content generation, digital sales models, omnichannel orchestration, patient engagement, and field force enablement.
