PeopleSoft Technical Support Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a People Soft Technical Support Analyst for a Contract opportunity with a client in Durham, NC (100% Onsite). The ideal candidate will provide L2/L3 technical support for People Soft 9.1/9.2 and Supply Chain modules to develop and enhance customizations, support production issues, and lead coordination between onsite, offshore, and client leadership.

Rate Range: $71/hour to $79/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Provide L2/L3 production support for People Soft 9.1/9.2 across AP, AR, GL, Contracts, and Supply Chain.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
• Support daily operations and ensure system stability and performance.
• Design, develop, enhance, and document customizations using People Tools (Application Engine, People Code, CI, SQR).
• Oversee development and testing of technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and defect remediation.
• Partner with business users to analyze system-related issues and recommend solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development/support teams.
• Manage onsite/offshore coordination and hand-offs.

• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting, enhancing, and maintaining People Soft 9.1/9.2 applications.
• Strong functional/business process knowledge across GL, AP, AR, Contracts, and Supply Chain.
• Deep technical expertise in People Tools:
  Application Engine, People Code, Component Interface, SQR.
• Strong production support experience with excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience partnering with business users to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay Details: $71.00 to $79.00 per hour
