The Learning Project Manager partners with Learning Product Managers to increase speed to market, improve predictability, and improve portfolio execution.

This role is hybrid remote / in‑office. You will report to the Director – Learning Products.

  • Partner with Learning Product Managers to implement sprint planning, backlog refinement, velocity tracking, and release planning.
  • Design and complete structured transition plans from waterfall‑based project execution to Agile product delivery models.
  • Coach teams (design, content, SMEs, production, compliance) in Agile ceremonies and artifact management.
  • Establish governance for hybrid waterfall‑Agile environments when regulatory or compliance constraints require structured gating.
  • Measure and promote collaboration, predictability, and throughput.
  • Conduct retrospectives and ensure relevant continuous improvement loops are implemented.
  • Standardize intake, prioritization, and backlog governance in consideration of portfolio strategy.
  • Align Jira (or successor PM system) workflows to the learning product lifecycle.
  • Develop visibility dashboards (velocity, burn‑down, RAG, capacity tracking).
  • Identify systemic delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
You Have
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, accounting, finance, education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, including at least 2+ years leading Agile or hybrid delivery models.
