Senior Consultant, Readiness

• Lead and manage multiple new product and sustaining release projects using project management methodologies
• Develop and execute comprehensive readiness plans that meet business objectives and support customer expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive readiness activities and processes
• Create and deliver presentations with recommendations to the management team
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify and validate readiness opportunities

• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience developing and leading product strategy
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Previous readiness experience highly desired
• Managed/supported projects cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in advanced PowerPoint and Excel
• Agile and forward-thinking approach to project management
• Experience with SaaS/IaaS product release or cloud services such as Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services
