The Business Systems Analyst at Cypress Creek Energy serves as a key liaison between business users and the Digital team, supporting HR and financial systems like Net Suite and ADP, while managing system enhancements, testing, user support, and process improvements to optimize core ERP and HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact for system enhancement requests and collaborate on designing solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and integrations.
  • Assist in system configuration, role permission management, and reporting within supported platforms.
  • Support onboarding, training, and documentation for new users and system updates.
  • Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and escalating issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support system integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Provide helpdesk support for HRIS and ERP systems, including troubleshooting and access management.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience supporting HRIS and or ERP systems with Net Suite experience required
  • Experience with Tier 1 user support, access management, and training coordination
  • Strong skills in gathering business requirements and translating them into system enhancements
  • Hands-on experience coordinating Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates or integrations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with common HR and financial processes such as payroll, accounting, expense management, and talent management
  • Support for HRIS and ERP systems including troubleshooting, training, and access management for tools such as Net Suite and ADP
