Cognizant is seeking a Functional Specialist (ISG) with deep expertise in Model N platforms and Oracle technologies to support complex pricing, rebate, and government program operations.

In this role, you will partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable Model N configurations, ensuring revenue accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for pricing, rebate, and government programs
• Design and deliver functional solutions leveraging Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Model N data model
• Configure and enhance Model N PbF Regulatory, PbF Validata, and Government Pricing modules
• Optimize validation frameworks to improve data accuracy and compliance
• Analyze datasets to identify pricing discrepancies and chargeback issues
• Develop functional specs and documentation
• Support testing cycles and production validation
• Streamline rebate payment and chargeback processes
• Provide production support and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with government pricing regulations
• Validate integrations and data mappings
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8–12 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Model N Data Model
• Experience with Model N PbF Regulatory, Validata, Government Pricing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in rebate administration, government affairs, chargeback management
• Life sciences/pharma domain experience
• Oracle or Model N certifications
