Position: Sales Representative (Setter)

KINGDOM: LEAD MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST 1 (SETTER)

Remote | North Carolina Residents Only | $52,000 Base | $64,540 OTE

This is a high-accountability, high-impact position where the work you do every single day directly determines whether someone gets the care they have been looking for, or falls through the cracks and goes back to suffering through it alone.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

Most of the people who reach out to Kingdom have already been dismissed. They went to their doctor. They were told their numbers are fine. They were handed a pamphlet about sleep hygiene and sent home. They have been carrying around symptoms that are real, valid, and treatable, and no one took the time to actually listen to them.

Your job is to be the first person who does.

This is not a pitch role. It is a people role. You are the voice on the other end of the line when someone finally decides to stop accepting "normal" and do something about it. Your job is to make sure they feel heard, understood, and confident that they called the right place, and then connect them to the team that can deliver on that promise.

You work inbound leads. You qualify fast. You follow up relentlessly. You hand off directly to our providers, the clinical team responsible for building each patient's personalized protocol. You are not doing this alone. You are fully supported by a collaborative team that is invested in your success and aligned on the same mission. You are not chasing strangers. You are responding to people who already raised their hand.

Your responsibility is making sure that hand gets held by someone who gives a damn before the moment passes.

Speed matters in this role. The rep who calls back in 2 minutes beats the one who calls back in 20. Not because of a metric. Because that person on the other end of the line is waiting to find out if they matter to us. Show them they do.

THE NUMBERS YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO

We do not hire for effort. We hire for output. Here is exactly what this role requires:

  • 51 new patient sign-ups per month. That is the floor, not the goal.
  • 42% lead-to-paid-consultation conversion rate. If your process is right, this is achievable.
  • 63+ complete initial touchpoints per week. Phone, text, email. Every week.

These are not aspirational targets. They are the minimum performance standard. Miss them consistently and we have a performance conversation. Hit them consistently and we have a compensation conversation.

THE SCHEDULE

First 90 to 120 days:
Standard onboarding schedule while you learn the system, the protocols, and the product.

Permanent Schedule (post-assessment): 4 x 10-hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday. You work fewer days. You work bigger days. You maximize your output window and protect your recovery time. This is a performance-based operation. We respect the work-to-rest ratio.

We are not looking for a resume. We are looking for a person.

A title does not qualify you here. A track record of pushing past comfortable does. If you have spent your life looking for the next level in your work, your performance, your craft, your standard of living, and you are willing to grind to get there, we want to talk to you.

The candidate we are looking for does not need perfect experience. They need a burning reason to show up every single day and outwork the person next to them.
