Monitoring Architect

Contract:

12 months validity.

• Experience with monitoring Microsoft Teams, Co-pilot, M365.
• Experience in Major Incident Management.
• 4-year college degree required.
• 2+ years Development or Architecture experience for multi-tiered business applications.
• 5+ years production systems architecting and/or support role.
• Proven experience with supporting monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Tivoli, Splunk, Sitescope, Catchpoint.
• Familiarity with supporting monitoring on Cloud and Containers infrastructure.
• Knowledge of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.
• Proven experience with programming languages (Java and/or .NET).
• Proven experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring.
• Proven experience in N-Tier Architecture supporting a multitude of products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.).
• Rollout of the strategic monitoring tool across Banking APS applications.
• SME for monitoring tools that form part of the global monitoring strategy.
• Monitoring setup for applications on Cloud and Containers infrastructure.
• Host demos, overviews, and training of the monitoring tools for adoption across teams, preparing related materials to support sessions and adoption of tools (presentations, operational manuals, etc.).
