D365 Securities Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Security Consultant to support a short‑term engagement focused on reviewing, cleaning up, and redesigning security roles and permissions. The consultant will work across GFI and Hermes environments to ensure a scalable, compliant, and well‑structured security model.

• Review and assess existing security roles, duties, and privileges within D365 F&O
• Clean up and rationalize current security design, removing redundancies and conflicts
• Design and implement optimized role‑based security models aligned to business processes
• Configure and deploy security roles across GFI and Hermes environments
• Ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD) and audit compliance best practices are followed
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align security with functional requirements
• Support testing, validation, and documentation of the updated security framework

• Strong hands‑on experience with D365 F&O security (roles, duties, privileges)
• Proven experience in security redesign, cleanup, and governance
• Solid understanding of SoD and audit/compliance frameworks
• Ability to work across multiple environments and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
