NET AWS Solution Architect .Net​/AWS

We are seeking a highly experienced .NET AWS Solution Architect to lead the design and development of scalable cloud-based applications.

This role focuses on transitioning legacy server-based systems to cloud-native architectures using AWS technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application design, infrastructure as code, and cloud security, with a deep understanding of modern technology stacks and architectural best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements and high-level architecture into detailed application designs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Digital Product Managers, and Enterprise Architects to break down tasks and provide estimates.
• Create architectural diagrams including data flow, application flow, and integration points.
• Ensure secure design of AWS environments and compliance with data privacy standards.
• Work with development teams to guide implementation and participate in code reviews.
• Coordinate integration efforts with third-party teams and internal IT groups.
• Support CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation using tools like Type Script and Ansible.
• Lead efforts to modernize legacy systems, including migration from Oracle to Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure alignment with long-term strategic development plans.
• Occasionally contribute to hands-on development for proof-of-concept or urgent deliverables.

• Proven experience in designing scalable applications using .NET and AWS.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, and Type Script for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with AWS serverless technologies (e.g., Kinesis, Docker, Event Bridge).
• Familiarity with Postgre
  
  SQL and legacy database migration from Oracle.
• Ability to break down business requirements into technical specifications and design.
• Understanding of high-volume data processing and secure cloud architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in telematics or the trucking industry.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Background in designing applications for data ingestion, transformation, and dissemination.
