If you cleared all of those — welcome. Here is what DJM offers.

$850 to $1,200 per week — your effort and consistency determine where you land in that range. 100% of your tips go directly to you, and there are 5-star review bonuses and team leader bonuses as you grow. Weekly direct deposit every Friday — no waiting, no surprises.

Pay is performance-based. The more consistent and professional you are, the more you earn. We will explain exactly how it works at our Group Interview session.

This is not a job where you clock in and go silent. You are working independently in clients' homes and the DJM office team needs to be able to reach you.

When DJM calls you during your working hours — you answer. Not when you feel like it. Not after the job. You answer.

Your phone is your lifeline to the team. You use it to check your schedule, update job statuses, communicate with the office, and stay connected throughout the day. A working smartphone in good condition is required at all times during work hours.

You work alone. That is not a perk — it is a responsibility.

There is no supervisor watching you work. No one checking your progress room by room. No manager standing over your shoulder making sure you follow the checklist. You are inside a client's home, representing DJM Cleaning, and how you conduct yourself in that space is entirely on you.

DJM uses a proven speed cleaning system. You will be trained on it completely before you work independently. The system tells you exactly what to clean, in what order, and how.
