The IT Infrastructure team is looking for a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented Network Administrator to join our growing team. This remote‑friendly position is based near one of our Provalus delivery centers and includes a meaningful travel requirement to support new office buildouts and existing site needs.

As Provalus continues to expand into new communities across the United States, this role will be critical to standing up network environments from the ground up and ensuring each location meets our enterprise performance and security standards.

This individual will take primary ownership of our network infrastructure across all Provalus locations, including firewall management, wireless and switching administration, SNMP‑based monitoring, and hands‑on new site deployments.

• Take primary ownership of network infrastructure across all Provalus locations
• Set up network environments from the ground up for new site deployments
• Manage firewall configuration, policies, and monitoring
• Administer wireless and switching infrastructure
• Monitor network using SNMP‑based tools
• Coordinate ISP, rack and stack, firewall configuration, and turn‑up for new sites
• Document network topology and IP address management (IPAM)
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
• Travel domestically up to 40% as required

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on network administration experience, including network design, configuration, and administration in a multisite enterprise environment
• Next‑generation firewall management and security policy administration (Forti Gate)
• IPsec VPN, ADVPN, SD‑WAN configuration and management
• Forti Manager / Forti Analyzer (a plus)
• Wireless and switching infrastructure:
  Aruba access points, AOS‑CX switches, and Aruba Central
• SNMP‑based monitoring platforms such as Logic Monitor; prior experience with Zenoss, Nagios, or similar
• Deep TCP/IP knowledge
• Understanding of the OSI model
• Routing and switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, QoS, DHCP, DNS
• Exposure to cloud networking
• New site network deployments – rack & stack, ISP coordination, firewall configuration, and turn‑up
• Strong documentation skills, including network topology diagrams and IP address management (IPAM)
• Independent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 40%, including to rural locations on short notice

• Fortinet NSE 4 or higher certification
• Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA) or Aruba Certified Network Professional (ACNP)
• Experience in a BPO, contact center, or distributed workforce environment
• Familiarity with audit procedures (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience

Location: Edenton, NC – must be willing to travel up to 40% to support new site deployments.
