We are looking for an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology – responsible for making AI accessible, practical, and impactful for every team in the company.
What you’ll do- Develop and own the enterprise AI enablement strategy, including training programs, change management frameworks, and adoption roadmaps
- Design and deliver hands‑on workshops, learning paths, and onboarding programs that upskill employees at all levels on AI tools and workflows
- Serve as the primary connector between technical AI teams and business units, translating capabilities into practical, day‑to‑day use cases
- Build and manage an internal AI community of practice to share learnings, best practices, and success stories
- Define and track adoption KPIs – measuring utilization, productivity impact, and ROI across AI initiatives
- Partner with HR, L&D, and Communications to embed AI fluency into the employee experience
- Develop governance guardrails and responsible AI usage guidelines for the broader workforce
- Stay current on emerging AI tools, trends, and vendors, and bring relevant insights back to the business
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in change management, enterprise transformation, learning & development, or technology adoption
- Proven track record of driving large‑scale adoption programs in a matrixed organization
- Hands‑on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and the ability to demo and teach them
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels
- Experience building training content, enablement programs, or internal communications campaigns
- Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible use frameworks, and data privacy principles
The annual base salary range for this full‑time position is $180,000 to $276,000.
