Project Manager -Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery)
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams:
  Developers, Administrators, QA engineers, Architects
• Remove blockers and ensure team productivity
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing processes
• Oversee UAT, release management, and deployment cycles
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and governance
• Drive Dev Ops and CI/CD practices
• Maintain documentation for solution design and processes

• 15–20 years of IT experience, 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership roles
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills
• Familiarity with Jira / Azure Dev Ops / MS Project
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Leadership and decision‑making skills
• Problem‑solving mindset
• Preferred certification PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe
• Experience with multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations and Agentforce Delivery experience
