Big Commerce Technical Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsWe are looking for a Big Commerce Tech Lead with strong experience in eCommerce development and architecture to lead the design and development of scalable commerce solutions on the Big Commerce platform.
Roles & Responsibilities Technical Leadership- Lead the design and development of Big Commerce solutions
- Provide technical guidance to development teams
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
- Customize Big Commerce storefront using Stencil framework
- Develop custom themes, templates, and extensions
- Implement checkout and cart customizations
- Work with Big Commerce Storefront APIs
- Implement headless commerce architecture
- Integrate Big Commerce with frontend frameworks like:
- React
- Next.js
- Vue.js
- Integrate Big Commerce with enterprise systems such as:
- ERP (SAP / Oracle / Net Suite)
- CRM (Salesforce)
- PIM / DAM
- Payment gateways
- Shipping providers
- Optimize storefront performance
- Implement caching and CDN strategies
- Ensure high availability and scalability
- Work with Dev Ops teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Manage deployment across Dev, QA, and Production environments
- Support cloud deployments on AWS or Azure
- Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure)
- Commerce architecture certifications

Salary Range$110000 - $140000 a year
