Work Schedule:

Day shift 7A-5P (15 spots) and night shift 7P-7A (5 spots). 40-hour work week. Travel up to 2 hours between up to 63 sites.

• Assist with two large projects:
  Active Directory Migration (Oct 2022–Mar 2023) and CRCT Project (Epic integration) (Mar–Jul 2023).
• Provide on‑site support for approximately 500 PCs per week during migration.
• Conduct proactive on‑site rounds to identify and resolve issues.
• Resolve user account issues (login, create/modify/reset).
• Resolve fileshare, folder, application, attribute, security, permissions, authentication, IP address, Wi‑Fi, and other connectivity issues on the new domain.
• Maintain Office 365 functionality (cloud‑based directory service and single sign‑on).
• Assist with all other issues related to the Active Directory migration.
• Communicate effectively with medical staff, doctors, nurses, and other stakeholders.
• Travel up to 2 hours between up to 63 locations.

• 6‑12 months of troubleshooting experience with O365, connectivity, hardware, printer support, software, etc.
• Experience with Active Directory migration and user account management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with medical staff.
• Reliability and dependable transportation to support site visits.
• Fully vaccinated and able to commit to the duration of the project.
• Drug test required.
• Intermediate level experience.

• Installation, Outlook, helpdesk troubleshooting.
