Position Title: IT Program Manager V

Expected Duration: 12 Months
Job Type: Contract Placement [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]
Pay Range: $60-$64.53 hourly (compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities. Does not include additional non-standard compensation such as benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.)
Requirements:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables, usually requiring engagement from multiple teams such as projects or smaller programs. Communicates work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into deliverables health. Ensures execution meets client expectations in functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. Facilitates routines to support delivery – e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates.
Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk/impediment removal for defined deliverables. Promotes communication and collaboration across organizations to support delivery completion and timeline. Gathers status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership on delivery, risks/issues, schedule. Ensures execution is aligned with deliverable requirements, working with sponsors/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution.

Responsibilities include:
- Establish and manage projects to collectively deliver desired business outcomes. Project managers lead a variety of project types, utilizing multiple methodologies including large-scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, infrastructure upgrades and deployments. May manage multiple projects and hold end-to-end responsibility for the work effort, leading both technology and non-technology initiatives. Responsible for project financials and partner closely with Line of Business Change Management teams to provide updates on technology deliverables.
- Responsible for end-to-end technology delivery of the assigned project; primary point of escalation for technology issues. Drives overall technology execution and manages line of business stakeholder relationships, acting as advocate throughout the life of the project.
- Plan, organize, monitor and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective completion. Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies.
- Effectively communicate with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needs. Partner with the business to develop transition plans, including ongoing success measures to sustain the change. Responsible for financials and project documents. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

- 5+ years of End-2-End Project Management experience

- Strong project financial management skills
- Guides projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updated

- Schedules and facilitates regular meetings to review progress and status, and ad hoc topical meetings; formulates agendas and documents minutes, action items
- Ability to provide project status on deliverables or elevate issues to senior leaders and executives
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficiency
