ERP - Systems Administrator

Job Overview

Skanska is searching for an ERP – Systems Administrator to support our enterprise applications and infrastructure. The role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining ERP systems and related infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance.

• Install, configure, and maintain ERP applications hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Exadata databases.
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents to guarantee high availability and peak performance.
• Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures across production, test, and disaster‑recovery environments.
• Coordinate patching activities with business stakeholders, performing thorough testing and documentation.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract compliance for hosted services.
• Provide technical support to end users and manage integrations with other business applications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Continuously improve infrastructure by staying current with industry trends and technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (minimum 3 years).
• At least 3 years managing cloud‑based infrastructure.
• At least 3 years troubleshooting technical issues in production environments.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016 or newer (operations and maintenance).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration—including configuration, performance tuning, and maintenance.
