In this dynamic role within our Information Technology department, you’ll combine project leadership with hands‑on technology expertise to deliver secure, reliable, and business‑aligned solutions that support our continued growth and community impact.

• Lead internal IT projects from initiation through completion, including effective coordination with vendors.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between business departments, IT teams, and third‑party partners to ensure projects deliver real business value.
• Manage timelines, testing, implementation, and clear documentation.
• Drive business process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and the customer/employee experience.

• 3–5 years of progressive IT experience.
• Proven ability to lead IT projects and coordinate with vendors.
• Solid working knowledge of networking fundamentals

• Strong communication and documentation skills — able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience in a Microsoft 365 environment.

• Experience in banking or other regulated environments.
• Demonstrated use of Microsoft Planner for project management.
• Familiarity with Intune
  , security tools, or Power Shell

• Experience with SharePoint Online intranet implementation.
• Enthusiasm for AI assistants and modern productivity tools.
