Service Desk Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Manage IT Asset Inventory within ODPS.
• Process all equipment entering or leaving IT.
• Update the Asset Inventory System.
• Process salvage equipment, including hard drive removal and full disposal procedures.
• Unpack and pack equipment boxes for shipment to ACF or other DPS sites.
• Pickup and deliver equipment from DIS, Excel, DTS, and other locations.
• Complete Service Now tickets for equipment requests (e.g., monitors, keyboards, mice, HDMI cables).
• Reconcile all inventory sheets (paper and electronic) on a daily basis.
• Validate all IT Operations Room equipment weekly to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Serve as a backup contact for Level 1 support.

• Schedule: Hybrid work schedule; onsite every 3rd day at 1970 West Broad Street, Columbus.
• Interview Process: 15-minute introductory Teams interviews followed by mandatory in-person interviews at the Shipley building.
• Compliance: Candidates must demonstrate technical and functional competence.
• Security: Selected candidates must complete an FBI fingerprint check.
• Policy: Government equipment is strictly prohibited from being taken or used outside of the United States. Violation will result in immediate termination and permanent ineligibility for the program.

• Must be able to attend in-person interviews in Columbus, OH.
• Must be able to pass an FBI background check.
• Must reside in the United States.
