GoTriangle is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator with expertise in ERP and enterprise applications to lead the administration, configuration, support, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as a wide range of agency systems and tools. This role will work closely with departments across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement, resolve system issues, and implement technology solutions that drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, a deep understanding of business workflows, and hands‑on experience with D365 and other enterprise applications. Acting as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and other functional areas, this position will play a critical role in ensuring the effective adoption, performance, and maintenance of ERP and all related systems throughout the agency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incidents and service requests related to the ERP system and other agency applications, providing support via phone, email, and the IT ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all supported systems, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
  • Provide end-user training, support, and documentation to promote effective use, adoption, and efficiency of the ERP and other business applications.
  • Configure and customize ERP and enterprise applications to align with business requirements, including workflows, permissions, and integrations.
  • Partner with departments to identify and implement enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements across all supported systems.
  • Support and maintain integrations between the ERP and other agency applications, ensuring reliable data flow and consistent system performance.
  • Monitor and stay informed about updates and enhancements for the ERP and other key systems, proactively recommending and applying best practices.
  • Participate in projects involving ERP and other enterprise systems, including upgrades, migrations, new module deployments, and application rollouts.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other teams to ensure smooth integration of the ERP with both existing and newly implemented systems and workflows.
  • Assist in developing, documenting, and optimizing workflows for finance and other operational functions (e.g., accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, budgeting, reporting).
  • Work closely with teams across the agency to diagnose and resolve integration or performance issues in all business applications.
  • Assist in implementing and managing user access, roles, and data security protocols for ERP and other critical agency systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the agency's IT and operational goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of four (4)+ years of experience in accounting, ERP systems, or IT integration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in IT concepts, including system integrations, databases, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Detailed knowledge of PC systems, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Must have excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft products, including Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, and Exchange.
  • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues.

An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be substituted for the above stated minimums excluding High School Diploma, GED, Licenses, or Certifications.
