Senior Operational Program Management Analyst
The Senior Operational Program Management Analyst is responsible for improving the Digital Experience of the Enterprise Business Resiliency Program through creative design through Workflow automation. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, confident, and coordinated individual with capability to work in a self-directed collaborative team environment to plan, develop, and implement on enterprise goals and objectives. Familiarity with fundamental data analytics concepts, infrastructure technologies will be an advantage.
This position will require partnership across the organization - candidates must demonstrate good communication and business partner teamwork skills. Requires working in a hybrid work environment.
The Expertise and Skills You Have:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration (or another relevant subject area) preferred or any other combination of significant work experience and/or education in lieu of an undergraduate degree
- Experience with platform and/or similar automation/workflow products.
- Some experience in business continuity, disaster recovery and/or risk management subject area desired
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to present and share knowledge across teams and business units
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate information and subject content in a manner that establishes credibility and confidence
- Ability to develop process and knowledge management materials.
- Travel: 0-10%
- Support internal reporting and tracking of related issues and remediation activities.
- Assist senior members of the OPM team to ensure that the Tools and Automation Enablement function has a fully detailed, tested, reportable program to meet standards requirements.
- Develop or provide input to management action plans to assess their efficiency and the appropriateness of the timeline.
As part of the Financial Intelligence Unit & Enterprise Business Resiliency Business Unit, the Operational Program Management (OPM) team supports the broader E group as well as other Fidelity business partners providing Level 1 support for the systems that we own. We manage the implementation aspects, partnering with our SaaS Vendors and with the Legal Risk & Compliance Technology (LRCT) group to drive continuous improvement to the systems that we own.
The OPM Team oversees the E SharePoint sites for both the internal E staff and externally for business partners. The OPM Team manages the Records Management compliance program for all of FIU. We also provide knowledge management with the efficient handling of information and resources within the organization.
