Job Description
5 - 8 years of IT experience with 5 years in Performance Engineering / Analysis. Experience in software performance benchmarking tools (Load Runner, Cloud Test, JMeter, etc.). Experience in monitoring and observability tools like Splunk and Datadog. Experience on environment focused on Agile software development, Dev Ops, and CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins or Git Lab. Must have crisp, clear communication skills to all levels of interaction (technical, non-technical, and all levels of management).
Establish and enhance application performance testing framework and infrastructure and provide actionable metrics/reports to help identify performance bottlenecks/issues. Thorough understanding of microservices architecture on Docker swarm and Kubernetes infrastructure. Build and improve standard methodology for performance, load, stress, chaos, along with analytics and reporting based on business requirement. Sophisticated knowledge of the performance engineering subject area. Knowledge and expertise in an Agile way of working.
Must be able to multi-task in a self-motivated fashion. Ability to work across multiple teams at various levels.
