Job Description:
Designing performance and chaos engineering strategies
Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and application logs
Preparing and optimally communicating test results to Director level management
Triaging defects with development/architecture partners and project teams
Partnering with development/architecture teams to identify defect tuning recommendations
Ensuring timely escalation of critical issues to development and performance engineering teams
Coordinating activities of off-shore engineers as/when required
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
5-8+ years of experience in the Information Technology field
5+ years of experience in software performance testing against large scale end-to-end platforms
Experience in software performance testing tools (e.g. Load Runner, Cloud Test, JMeter, etc)
