About the Opportunity

Our client, a leader in Global Enterprise Technology, is looking for a seasoned Workday Implementation Expert – TA Technology to join their team for a 5-month engagement. This project involves supporting a complex Workday Recruiting implementation integrated with key partners, including Paradox, Bright Hire, and Hired Score. This is a high-impact role that requires a hybrid leader who can set strategy, manage complex programs, and execute hands‑on system configuration and delivery.

You will be driving configuration, integration, and adoption across platforms to optimize the end‑to‑end recruiting ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Workday/TA Technology Implementation:
Leading functional design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Recruiting, as well as integrated point solutions like Paradox, Bright Hire, and Hired Score.
  • Workflow Optimization:
Driving system enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure seamless end‑to‑end recruiting workflows, from candidate engagement through hire.
  • Program Leadership:
Leading complex, enterprise‑scale HR technology implementations from planning through delivery, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and all stakeholder communications.
  • AI Enablement & Governance:
Supporting the implementation of AI‑driven tools (e.g., Hired Score, Paradox) for automation, screening, and candidate matching. This includes ensuring ethical and responsible AI practices, governance, compliance, and bias mitigation.
  • SME & Vendor Management:
Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the entire recruiting technology ecosystem and managing key vendor relationships.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS / HR Technology, with a dedicated focus on Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Deep functional expertise in Workday Recruiting, including experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Hands‑on experience with Paradox and other AI‑driven recruiting tools (e.g., Hired Score or similar).
  • Experience integrating multiple TA technologies (ATS, CRM, AI, interview intelligence tools like Bright Hire).
  • Proven ability to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional implementations and strong project management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on system configuration and problem‑solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management and executive reporting.
