Senior Analyst - Experience & Marketing Insights )
You will support data‑driven decision‑making by analyzing business, public, and open‑source data. You will resolve data quality and integrity issues, create accurate and insightful reports, develop dashboards and visualizations, and support research projects and Marketing Operations to provide insights to decision‑makers. You will report to the Senior Manager – Marketing Intelligence & Insights and use a hybrid work schedule.
You Will- Gather, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and produce applicable insights.
- Define segmentation models across our propositions, programs, and audiences.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure confidence in a single source of truth.
- Develop data modeling and data appending from multiple sources to provide a deeper understanding and personalization.
- Help identify status or membership type changes for members or students.
- Establish and implement best practice, and roll out training related to data sharing requests to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Design dashboards and reports that track performance using relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Use data visualization to present complex data.
- Deliver new ways of applying technology and automation in reporting.
- Provide support to Marketing operations to ensure their data sources are reliable and promote automation and streamlined customer journeys.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience building dashboards and delivering insights to business teams.
- Experience using Python and Power BI for advanced modeling.
- Experience with SQL.

CompensationThe annual salary range for this role is: $61,000 - $87,000. Salary may vary based on experience and location.
