Familiarity with the manufacturing systems landscape (MES, data historians, IoT, enterprise integrations) is a plus.
Must Haves- 4–7 years of experience as the Technical Lead leading OEE implementation projects
- 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Experience implementing solutions in a GxP-regulated environment
- Lead end-to-end Technical digital OEE implementation, including collaborating on solution design with the vendor, integration, and deployment
- Provide strong expertise in OEE concepts, metrics, and manufacturing performance improvement
- Design and manage technical architecture aligned with cloud platforms such as AWS and enterprise infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, cloud, infrastructure, and operations teams
- Drive integration with MES, IoT devices, data historians, and enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, architecture, and runbooks
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security, and data governance requirements
- Support system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for configuration, delivery, and issue resolution
- Identify risks, dependencies, and lead mitigation to ensure successful implementation
